It is light and does not bounce around at all on my runs. It fits a change of clothes including shoes. There are a few pockets which keeps everything (keys, snacks, ID) easily accessible. It appears to be made well and is of high quality. The shape fits nicely against my back and has just the right amount of cushioning, with a very light and flexible frame. I did not get the water pack for this, but it is made for it and seems easy to set up. It lasted me through many hikes, the most important of which was the Inca Trail. We had porters that carried the heavy stuff, so this backpack was perfect for holding two water bottles, 2 fleeces, my wallet, and snacks. The various compartments made it easier for me to find exactly what I needed and access the important stuff quickly (camera! chapstick! water!). The only thing it didn't have was a rain guard but the pack is small enough that it would have fit under a poncho anyway. And luckily I never got rain :)This backpack is really sturdy and well-built. I highly recommend it! |
